About Me
- The United States Navy Experimental Diving Unit
- The Navy’s leading center for diving research, development, and testing and evaluation also providing biomedical and engineering solutions for undersea operations. Our team is composed of 120 highly qualified and experienced active duty, civilian and contract personnel. Divers come from all diving communities: Sea-Air-Land (SEAL) team, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), salvage, saturation, Seabee, engineering duty officer, and undersea medical officer (UMO).
Our diverse logo represents the Diving communities within our Unit.
